On June 21, 2021, Senator Rosa Galvez gave a speech as Critic at Second Reading of Bill C-204, An Act to amend the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (final disposal of plastic waste). The bill would ban all export of plastic waste listed in the bill.
